Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence, under section 29.16 of the National Defence Act, appoints William Quinn of Ottawa, Ontario, to be full-time Vice-Chairperson of the Military Grievances External Review Committee, to hold office during good behaviour, for a term of four years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 3 ($136,900 - $161,000), effective April 11, 2024.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Défense nationale et en vertu de l’article 29.16 de la Loi sur la défense nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme William Quinn, d’Ottawa (Ontario), vice-président à temps plein du Comité externe d’examen des griefs militaires, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 3 (136 900 $ – 161 000 $), à compter du 11 avril 2024.
