 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, after consultation with the board of directors of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited, under sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, reappoints Farid (Fred) Dermarkar of Scugog, Ontario, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 4 ($265,700 - $312,500), effective February 8, 2024.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles, après consultation auprès du conseil d’administration d’Énergie atomique du Canada limitée et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Farid (Fred) Dermarkar, de Scugog (Ontario), en tant que président et premier dirigeant d’Énergie atomique du Canada limitée, à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 4 (265 700 $ – 312 500 $), à compter du 8 février 2024.
