Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Small Business and Tourism, under subsections 5(1) and 6(4) of the Business Development Bank of Canada Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Small Business and Tourism of Michael Ladha of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Business Development Bank of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Petite Entreprise et du Tourisme et en vertu des paragraphes 5(1) et 6(4) de la Loi sur la Banque de développement du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par la ministre de la Petite Entreprise et du Tourisme, de Michael Ladha, de St. John’s (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Banque de développement du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans.
