Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, under subsection 20(1) and section 22 of the First Nations Fiscal Management Act, reappoints Céline Auclair of Gatineau, Quebec, as a commissioner of the First Nations Tax Commission, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Relations Couronne-Autochtones et en vertu du paragraphe 20(1) et de l’article 22 de la Loi sur la gestion financière des premières nations, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme de nouveau Céline Auclair, de Gatineau (Québec), commissaire de la Commission de la fiscalité des premières nations, à titre inamovible pour une période de trois ans.
