Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, under subsection 41(1) of the First Nations Fiscal Management Act, appoints Jean Vincent of Wendake, Quebec, to be a director of the board of directors of the First Nations Financial Management Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Relations Couronne-Autochtones et en vertu du paragraphe 41(1) de la Loi sur la gestion financière des premières nations, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Jean Vincent, de Wendake (Québec), conseiller du conseil d’administration du Conseil de gestion financière des premières nations, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans.
