Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, under subsection 41(1) of the First Nations Fiscal Management Act, appoints Michael George McIntyre of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, to be a director of the board of directors of the First Nations Financial Management Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Relations Couronne-Autochtones et en vertu du paragraphe 41(1) de la Loi sur la gestion financière des premières nations, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Michael George McIntyre, de Cap-Breton (Nouvelle-Écosse), conseiller du conseil d’administration du Conseil de gestion financière des premières nations, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans.
