Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Mala Khanna of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet (Governance), Privy Council Office, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($238,000 - $280,000), effective February 12, 2024.
Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1 (1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Mala Khanna, d’Ottawa (Ontario), sous-secrétaire du Cabinet (Gouvernance), Bureau du Conseil privé, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (238 000 $ – 280 000 $), à compter du 12 février 2024.
