Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, appoints Pamela Kertland Wright to be Honorary Consul of Canada in Kampala, Republic of Uganda, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($10,000 - $15,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Pamela Kertland Wright, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Pamela Kertland Wright, consule honoraire du Canada à Kampala (République de l’Ouganda), à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l’échelle (10 000 $ – 15 000 $).
