Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, after consultation with the board of directors of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited, pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, appoints Farid Dermarkar of Blackstock, Ontario, to be President and Chief Executive Officer of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 4 ($226,000 - $265,800), effective February 8, 2021.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles, après consultation auprès du conseil d’administration d’Énergie atomique du Canada limitée et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Farid Dermarkar, de Blackstock (Ontario), président et premier dirigeant d’Énergie atomique du Canada limitée, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 4 (226 000 $ – 265 800 $), à compter du 8 février 2021.
