The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable Robert G. Richards, a Judge of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, be appointed Chief Justice of the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, with the style and title of Chief Justice of Saskatchewan, and a Judge ex officio of Her Majesty's Court of Queen's Bench for Saskatchewan, effective June 30, 2013.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l'honorable Robert G. Richards, juge d’appel de la Cour d'appel de la Saskatchewan, soit nommé juge en chef de la Cour d'appel de la Saskatchewan, avec le rang de juge en chef de la Saskatchewan, et juge ex officio de la Cour du Banc de la Reine de la Saskatchewan, à compter du 30 juin 2013.
