Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 7 of the International Boundary Waters Treaty Act and Article VII of the Schedule to the International Boundary Waters Treaty Act, appoints Susan Chiblow of Guelph, Ontario, to be a Commissioner of the International Joint Commission for a term of four years.
