Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness:

(a) under subsection 150(1) of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, designates Amy Agar of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, as Vice-Chairperson of the Prairies Regional Division of the Parole Board of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a period ending on January 7, 2028; and

(b) under subsection 153(1) of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 5 ($176,500 - $207,600).

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu du paragraphe 150(1) de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, désigne Amy Agar, de Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, vice-présidente de la Section régionale des Prairies de la Commission des libérations conditionnelles du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat se terminant le 7 janvier 2028;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 153(1) de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (176 500 $ – 207 600 $).
