Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, under section 21 of An Act to amend the Canada Business Corporations Act and to make consequential and related amendments to other Acts, chapter 29 of the Statutes of Canada, 2023, fixes January 22, 2024 as the day on which sections 1 to 19 of that Act come into force.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’article 21 de la Loi modifiant la Loi canadienne sur les sociétés par actions et apportant des modifications corrélatives et connexes à d’autres lois, chapitre 29 des Lois du Canada (2023), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 22 janvier 2024 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 1 à 19 de cette loi.
