Whereas the Parliament of Canada, by virtue of the Royal Style and Titles Act, 2023, which was assented to on June 22, 2023, assented to the issue by His Majesty of His Royal Proclamation under the Great Seal of Canada establishing for Canada a Royal Style and Titles;

Therefore, the Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that a royal proclamation do issue under the Great Seal of Canada establishing for Canada the following Royal Style and Titles:

Charles the Third, by the Grace of God King of Canada and His other Realms and Territories, Head of the Commonwealth.

Attendu que le Parlement du Canada a consenti, en vertu de la Loi sur les titres royaux de 2023, sanctionnée le 22 juin 2023, à la prise par Sa Majesté d’une proclamation royale sous le grand sceau du Canada fixant la forme des titres royaux pour le Canada,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé déclare que doit être prise une proclamation royale sous le grand sceau du Canada fixant la forme des titres royaux pour le Canada de la façon suivante :

Charles Trois, par la grâce de Dieu, Roi du Canada et de ses autres royaumes et territoires, Chef du Commonwealth.
