The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Brian T.D. Bowman of the City of Winnipeg, in the Province of Manitoba, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of His Majesty’s Court of King’s Bench of Manitoba.
