Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Small Business and Tourism, after consultation with the Board of Directors of the Business Development Bank of Canada, under subsections 6(1) and 13(1) of the Business Development Bank of Canada Act, appoints Brian O’Neil of Toronto, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Business Development Bank of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
Sur recommandation de la Ministre de la Petite Entreprise et du Tourisme, après consultation avec le conseil d’administration de la Banque de développement du Canada, et en vertu des paragraphes 6(1) et 13(1) de la Loi sur la Banque de développement du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Brian O’Neil, de Toronto (Ontario), président du conseil d’administration de la Banque de développement du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans.
