Whereas the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Yukon has nominated Amy Porteous to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee of Yukon;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, under Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Amy Porteous of Whitehorse, Yukon, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee of Yukon, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

Attendu que la ministre de la Justice et procureure générale du Yukon a proposé qu’Amy Porteous soit nommée membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour le Yukon;

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Amy Porteous, de Whitehorse (Yukon) membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour le Yukon, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
