Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, under subsection 3(1) and sections 7 and 11 of the National Research Council Act, appoints Mitch Davies of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President of the National Research Council of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GC 10 ($320,900 - $377,500), effective January 3, 2024.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1) et des articles 7 et 11 de la Loi sur le Conseil national de recherches, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Mitch Davies, d’Ottawa (Ontario), président du Conseil national de recherches du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GC 10 (320 900 $ – 377 500 $), à compter du 3 janvier 2024.
