Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under subsection 105(1) of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Finance of Alicia Damley of Mississauga, Ontario, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Canada Development Investment Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 105(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, approuve la nomination par la ministre des Finances d’Alicia Damley, de Mississauga (Ontario), administratrice du conseil d’administration de la Corporation de développement des investissements du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans.
