Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Natural Resources with respect to the provisions of the annexed Vessel Construction and Equipment Regulations other than sections 400 to 535, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Labour with respect to sections 400 to 422, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour with respect to sections 423 to 428 and on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport with respect to sections 429 to 535, makes the annexed Vessel Construction and Equipment Regulations under

(a) sections 157 and 270 of the Canada Labour Code;

(b) paragraph 35(1)(d), subsection 35.1(1), paragraph 100(l), subsections 120(1) and (2), section 190 and paragraphs 244(f) and (h) of the Canada Shipping Act, 2001; and

(c) section 12 of the Arctic Waters Pollution Prevention Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du ministre des Ressources naturelles, en ce qui concerne les dispositions du Règlement sur la construction et l’équipement des bâtiments, ci-après, autres que les articles 400 à 535, sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du ministre du Travail, en ce qui concerne les articles 400 à 422 de ce règlement, sur recommandation du ministre du Travail, en ce qui concerne les articles 423 à 428 de ce règlement, et sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en ce qui concerne les articles 429 à 535 de ce règlement, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement sur la construction et l’équipement des bâtiments, ci-après, en vertu :

a) des articles 157 et 270 du Code canadien du travail;

b) de l’alinéa 35(1)d), du paragraphe 35.1(1), de l’alinéa 100l), des paragraphes 120(1) et (2), de l’article 190 et des alinéas 244f) et h) de la Loi de 2001 sur la marine marchande du Canada;

c) de l’article 12 de la Loi sur la prévention de la pollution des eaux arctiques.
