Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour:

(a) after consultation with the organizations representative of employees, under paragraph 9(2)(c) and subsection 10(2) of the Canada Labour Code, appoints Angela Michelle Talic of Coquitlam, British Columbia to be a full-time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years;

(b) under section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Angela Michelle Talic be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act; and

(c) under section 10.1 of the Canada Labour Code, determines that Angela Michelle Talic shall be exempt from the requirement to reside in the National Capital Region;

effective January 3, 2024.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) après consultation des organisations représentant des employés, et en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)c) et du paragraphe 10(2) du Code canadien du travail, nomme Angela Michelle Talic, de Coquitlam (Colombie-Britannique) membre à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans;

b) en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne qu’Angela Michelle Talic soit réputée faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;

c) en vertu de l’article 10.1 du Code canadien du travail, détermine qu’Angela Michelle Talic soit exemptée de l’exigence de résider dans la région de la capitale nationale;

à compter du 3 janvier 2024.
