                 Whereas Order in Council P.C. 2003-1018 of June 18, 2003 set apart the lands described in the schedule to that order in accordance with the Kahkewistahaw Band and Canada Settlement Agreement dated March 13, 1992, for the use and benefit of the Kahkewistahaw Band as an addition to Kahkewistahaw Indian Reserve No. 72 A-1, in the Province of Saskatchewan;

                 Whereas the Order contains an inaccurate statement in the schedule as to the description of the lands;

                 Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby replaces the schedule to Order in Council P.C. 2003-1018 of June 18, 2003, with the annexed schedule.

                 Attendu que le décret C.P. 2003-1018 du 18 juin 2003 met de côté les terres décrites à l’annexe de ce décret conformément, à l’accord intitulé Kahkewistahaw Band and Canada Settlement Agreement du 13 mars 1992, à l’usage et au profit de la bande Kahkewistahaw à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Kahkewistahaw n^o 72 A-1, dans la province de la Saskatchewan;

                 Attendu que ce décret contient une erreur dans l’annexe concernant la description des terres,

                 À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil remplace l’annexe du décret C.P. 2003-1018 du 18 juin 2003 par l’annexe ci-jointe.
