Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Regulations Relieving Special Duty on Certain Tobacco Products and the Regulations Respecting Prescribed Brands of Manufactured Tobacco and Prescribed Cigarettes under paragraph 304‍(1)‍(o) of the Excise Act, 2001.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Revenu national et en vertu de l’alinéa 304‍(1)o) de la Loi de 2001 sur l’accise, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement exonérant certains produits du tabac du droit spécial et le Règlement sur les appellations commerciales de tabac fabriqué et de cigarettes, ci-après.
