Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act, amends paragraph (a) of Order in Council P.C. 2023-438 of May 12, 2023 by replacing “term of six months” with “term of 18 months”.
Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie l’alinéa a) du décret C.P. 2023-438 du 12 mai 2023 en remplaçant la mention « un mandat de six mois » par « un mandat de dix-huit mois ».
