The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advise that the Honourable Larry Landry, a Judge of the Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick, Trial Division, be appointed Associate Chief Justice of the Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Larry Landry, juge de la Cour du Banc du Roi du Nouveau-Brunswick, Division de première instance, soit nommé juge en chef adjoint de la Cour du Banc du Roi du Nouveau-Brunswick, et membre d’office de la Cour d’appel du Nouveau-Brunswick.
