The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable Michael D. Tochor, a Judge of His Majesty’s Court of King’s Bench for Saskatchewan, be appointed Associate Chief Justice of His Majesty’s Court of King’s Bench for Saskatchewan.
