Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour:

(a) after consultation with the organizations representative of employers, under paragraph 9(2)(c) and subsections 10(2) and 12(1) of the Canada Labour Code, reappoints Barbara Leah Mittleman of North Cowichan, British Columbia, as a part-time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective December 21, 2023; and

(b) under section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Barbara Leah Mittleman be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) après consultation des organisations représentant des employeurs, en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)c) et des paragraphes 10(2) et 12(1) du Code canadien du travail, reconduit le mandat de Barbara Leah Mittleman, North Cowichan (Colombie-Britannique), membre à temps partiel du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 21 décembre 2023;

b) en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne que Barbara Leah Mittleman soit réputée faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique.
