                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 18(2) of the Canadian Payments Act, hereby approves the annexed Canadian Payments Association By-law No. 3 — Payment Items and Automated Clearing Settlement System, made by the Board of Directors of the Canadian Payments Association.

                 Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 18(2) de la Loi canadienne sur les paiements, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le Règlement administratif nº 3 de l’Association canadienne des paiements — instruments de paiement et système automatisé de compensation et de règlement, ci-après, pris par le conseil d’administration de l’Association canadienne des paiements.
