The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable D. Blair Nixon, a Justice of the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, be appointed Associate Chief Justice of the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, with the style and title of Associate Chief Justice of the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal of Alberta.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable D.
