The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable Robert Leurer, a Judge of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, be appointed Chief Justice of the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, with the style and title of Chief Justice of Saskatchewan, and a Judge ex officio of His Majesty’s Court of King’s Bench for Saskatchewan.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Robert Leurer, juge d’appel de la Cour d’appel de la Saskatchewan, soit nommé juge en chef de la Cour d’appel de la Saskatchewan, avec le rang de juge en chef de la Saskatchewan, et membre d’office de la Cour du Banc du Roi de Sa Majesté de la Saskatchewan.
