The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that Sophie MacDonald of Stratford, in the Province of Prince Edward Island, one of His Majesty’s counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Judge of the Supreme Court of Prince Edward Island, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal of Prince Edward Island.

 

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Sophie MacDonald, de la ville de Stratford dans la province de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard, l’une des conseillères juridiques de Sa Majesté, soit nommée juge de la Cour suprême de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard, et membre d’office de la Cour d’appel de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard.
