The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that the Honourable W. Danial Newton, a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario, be appointed Regional Senior Judge of the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario for the Northwest Region and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable W. Danial Newton, juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, soit nommé juge principal régional de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario pour la région nord-ouest, et membre d’office de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario.
