Whereas the Chief Justice of Quebec has nominated the Honourable Mark Schrager, a puisne Judge of the Court of Appeal of Quebec, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Quebec - West;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Chief Justice of Quebec, under Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints the Honourable Mark Schrager, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Quebec - West, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

Attendu que la juge en chef du Québec a proposé que l’honorable Mark Schrager, juge de la Cour d’appel de la province de Québec, soit nommé membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de Québec – ouest;

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme l’honorable Mark Schrager, membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de Québec – ouest, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
