Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to accept, on behalf of Canada, the Amendments to the 1996 Protocol to the Convention on the Prevention of Marine Pollution by Dumping of Wastes and Other Matter, 1972, adopted at London on October 7, 2022.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celle-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires pour accepter, au nom du Canada, les Amendements au Protocole de 1996 à la Convention de 1972 sur la prévention de la pollution des mers résultant de l’immersion de déchets, adoptés à Londres le 7 octobre 2022.
