The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that letters patent under the Great Seal of Canada be issued appointing Phuong T.V. Ngo of the City of Ottawa, in the Province of Ontario, Barrister-at-law, to be a Judge of the Federal Court, and a Judge ex officio of the Federal Court of Appeal.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que des lettres patentes revêtues du grand sceau du Canada soient émises nommant Phuong T.V. Ngo, de la ville d’Ottawa dans la province d’Ontario, avocate, au poste de juge de la Cour fédérale, et membre d’office de la Cour d’appel fédérale.
