Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, under section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the re-appointment by the Minister of Transport of Kenneth Ching Whay Tan of Richmond, British Columbia, as a director of the Board of Directors of VIA Rail Canada Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
