Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, under subsections 5(1) and 5(1.1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, reappoints Elisabeth Lang of Ottawa, Ontario, as Superintendent of Bankruptcy, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($215,900 - $254,000), effective October 7, 2023.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu des paragraphes 5(1) et 5(1.1) de la Loi sur la faillite et l’insolvabilité, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat d’Elisabeth Lang, d’Ottawa (Ontario), surintendante des faillites, à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (215 900 $ – 254 000 $), à compter du 7 octobre 2023.
