Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under subsection 8.9‍(1) of the Federal-Provincial Fiscal Arrangements Act, approves that the Minister of Finance enter, on behalf of the Government of Canada, into an agreement or arrangement with the government of a province respecting the taxation of vaping products that is substantially in accordance with the annexed model agreement.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 8.9‍(1) de la Loi sur les arrangements fiscaux entre le gouvernement fédéral et les provinces, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par la ministre des Finances, avec le gouvernement d’une province et pour le compte du gouvernement du Canada, d’un accord ou d’un arrangement en matière de taxation des produits de vapotage conforme en substance à l’accord modèle ci-joint.
