Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (European Union Laissez-passer) under subsection 5‍(1) and paragraphs 26‍(1)‍(a) and (b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
