Whereas the Governor in Council is satisfied that His Majesty in right of Canada has title to the lands that are to be included in the Rouge National Urban Park;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, makes the annexed Order Amending the Schedule to the Rouge National Urban Park Act under subsection 14‍(1) of the Rouge National Urban Park Act.

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu du paragraphe 14‍(1) de la Loi sur le parc urbain national de la Rouge, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Décret modifiant l’annexe de la Loi sur le parc urbain national de la Rouge, ci-après.
