Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to paragraph 6(2)(a) of the Northern Pipeline Act, hereby appoints Robert G. Skinner of Calgary, Alberta, to be the Administrator of the Northern Pipeline Agency, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, which remuneration is within the range $745 - $880, in the place of Kenneth W. Richard Vollman.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international et en vertu de l'alinéa 6(2)a) de la Loi sur le pipe-ligne du Nord, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Robert G. Skinner, de Calgary (Alberta), au poste de Directeur de l'Administration du pipe-line du Nord, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d'emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l'échelle 745 $ - 880 $, en remplacement de Kenneth W. Richard Vollman.
