Whereas the Minister of Canadian Heritage has, in accordance with subsection 27(2) of the Broadcasting Act, consulted with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission;
Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, makes the annexed Direction Amending the Direction to the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Respecting the Implementation of the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement under paragraph 27(1)(a) of the Broadcasting Act.
Attendu que, en application du paragraphe 27(2) de la Loi sur la radiodiffusion, le ministre du Patrimoine canadien a consulté le Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes,
À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’alinéa 27(1)a) de la Loi sur la radiodiffusion, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil donne les Instructions modifiant les Instructions au Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes concernant la mise en œuvre de l’Accord Canada–États-Unis–Mexique, ci-après.
