Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, under section 153 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, appoints Manon Brassard of Gatineau, Quebec, to be Chairperson of the Immigration and Refugee Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 8 ($262,800 - $309,100), effective July 23, 2023.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu de l’article 153 de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Manon Brassard, de Gatineau (Québec), présidente de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 8 (262 800 $ – 309 100 $), à compter du 23 juillet 2023.
