Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Jeffrey Labonté of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Natural Resources, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($238,000 - $280,000), effective July 24, 2023.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Jeffrey Labonté, d’Ottawa (Ontario), sous-ministre délégué des Ressources naturelles, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (238 000 $ – 280 000 $), à compter du 24 juillet 2023.
