Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Paul Halucha of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet (Clean Growth), Privy Council Office, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($229,900 - $270,400), effective August 8, 2023.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Paul Halucha, d’Ottawa (Ontario), sous-secrétaire du Cabinet (Croissance propre), Bureau du Conseil privé, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (229 900 $ – 270 400 $), à compter du 8 août 2023.
