Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, under paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission grant one option to extend the lease with Rideau Sports Centre Inc. for a period of 19 years, beginning on March 1, 2034, for real property located at 1 Donald Street, in Ottawa, Ontario, as described in Schedule A and shown in Schedule B.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil donne son accord à l’octroi par la Commission de la capitale nationale à Rideau Sports Centre Inc. d’une option de prolongation de 19 ans, à compter du 1^er mars 2034, du bail portant sur le bien immeuble situé au 1, rue Donald, à Ottawa (Ontario), dont la description figure à l’annexe A et l’illustration, à l’annexe B.
