Whereas, after consultation with the leader of every recognized party in the Senate and the House of Commons, and by resolutions of the Senate dated June 20, 2023, and of the House of Commons dated June 21, 2023, the Senate and House of Commons have approved the appointment of Harriet Solloway as Public Sector Integrity Commissioner;

Therefore, the Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under subsections 39(1), 39(2), and 39.2(1) of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act, advises that a Commission do issue under the Great Seal appointing Harriet Solloway of New York, New York, to be Public Sector Integrity Commissioner, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of seven years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($198,900 - $234,000), effective September 27, 2023.

Attendu que, après consultation du chef de chacun des partis reconnus au Sénat et à la Chambre des communes, en vertu des résolutions du Sénat en date du 20 juin 2023 et de la Chambre des communes en date du 21 juin 2023, le Sénat et la Chambre des communes ont approuvé la nomination d’Harriet Solloway à titre de commissaire à l’intégrité du secteur public,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu des paragraphes 39(1), 39(2) et 39.2(1) de la Loi sur la protection des fonctionnaires divulgateurs d’actes répréhensibles le Comité du Conseil privé recommande de nommer, par commission sous le Grand Sceau, Harriet Solloway, de New York (New York), commissaire à l’intégrité du secteur public, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de sept ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (198 900 $ – 234 000 $), à compter du 27 septembre 2023.
