Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Veterans Affairs:

(a) under sections 4 and 5 of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board Act, reappoints Jacques Bouchard of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, to be a permanent member of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years;

(b) under subsection 8(1) of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board Act, designates Jacques Bouchard as Deputy Chairperson of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board; and

(c) under subsection 10(1) of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board Act, fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 4 ($141,700 - $166,600);

effective July 2, 2023.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Anciens Combattants, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu des articles 4 et 5 de la Loi sur le Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel), renouvelle le mandat de Jacques Bouchard, de Charlottetown (Île-du-Prince-Édouard), membre titulaire du Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel), à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 8(1) de la Loi sur le Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel), désigne Jacques Bouchard, vice-président du Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel);

c) en vertu du paragraphe 10(1) de la Loi sur le Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel), fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 4 (141 700 $ – 166 600 $);

à compter du 2 juillet 2023.
