Whereas the Chambre de commerce et d'Industrie Vallée-du-Richelieu, in Quebec, has applied, under section 4 of the Boards of Trade Act, to change the boundaries of its district from Beloeil, McMasterville, Mont St-Hilaire, Otterburn Park, St-Antoine sur Richelieu, St-Charles, St-Denis sur Richelieu, St-Jean Baptiste, St-Marc, St-Mathieu de Beloeil, Ste-Madeleine and Ste-Marie-Madeleine to Beloeil, McMasterville, Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Otterburn Park, Saint-Antoine-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Saint-Marc-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil, Sainte-Madeleine, Sainte-Marie-Madeleine, Chambly, Carignan, Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, and Richelieu;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, changes the boundaries of the district of the Chambre de commerce et d'Industrie Vallée-du-Richelieu from Beloeil, McMasterville, Mont St-Hilaire, Otterburn Park, St-Antoine sur Richelieu, St-Charles, St-Denis sur Richelieu, St-Jean Baptiste, St-Marc, St-Mathieu de Beloeil, Ste-Madeleine and Ste-Marie-Madeleine to Beloeil, McMasterville, Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Otterburn Park, Saint-Antoine-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Saint-Marc-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil, Sainte-Madeleine, Sainte-Marie- Madeleine, Chambly, Carignan, Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, and Richelieu, under section 4 of the Boards of Trade Act.

Attendu que la Chambre de commerce et d’Industrie Vallée-du-Richelieu (Québec) a présenté une demande, au titre de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les chambres de commerce, pour que les limites de son district, soit Beloeil, McMasterville, Mont St-Hilaire, Otterburn Park, St-Antoine sur Richelieu, St-Charles, St-Denis sur Richelieu, St-Jean Baptiste, St-Marc, St-Mathieu de Beloeil, Ste-Madeleine et Ste-Marie-Madeleine, soient changées de façon à correspondre à Beloeil, McMasterville, Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Otterburn Park, Saint-Antoine-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Saint-Marc-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil, Sainte-Madeleine, Sainte-Marie-Madeleine, Chambly, Carignan, Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu et Richelieu,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les chambres de commerce, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil change les limites du district de la Chambre de commerce et d'Industrie Vallée-du-Richelieu, soit Beloeil, McMasterville, Mont St-Hilaire, Otterburn Park, St-Antoine sur Richelieu, St-Charles, St-Denis sur Richelieu, St-Jean Baptiste, St-Marc, St-Mathieu de Beloeil, Ste-Madeleine et Ste-Marie-Madeleine, pour qu’elles correspondent à Beloeil, McMasterville, Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Otterburn Park, Saint-Antoine-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Saint-Marc-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil, Sainte-Madeleine, Sainte-Marie-Madeleine, Chambly, Carignan, Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu et Richelieu.
