Whereas the Minister of Justice has nominated Alexandra K. Brown to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Tax Court of Canada;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, under Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, reappoints Alexandra K. Brown of Toronto, Ontario, as a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Tax Court of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

Attendu que le ministre de la Justice a proposé qu’Alexandra K. Brown soit nommée membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la Cour canadienne de l’impôt,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme de nouveau Alexandra K. Brown, de Toronto (Ontario), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la Cour canadienne de l’impôt, à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans.
